Jamuna Bank Limited was incorporated in Bangladesh on 2nd April in the year 2001 as a Bank Company under the Companies Act, 1994. All types of commercial banking services are provided by the Bank within the stipulations laid down by the Bank Company Act, 1991 and directives as received from Bangladesh Bank and applicable to it from time to time. The Bank commenced its operation on 3rd June, 2001 after obtaining license from Bangladesh Bank.
